Return & Refund Policy

You are eligible for the return service if you are not satisfied with your order within 4 days from the date of purchase after receiving it, with a full refund of the amount paid. After this period, the return and refund service will no longer be available. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

1. The product is defective.

2. The product does not match the description.

3. The product must be unopened.

4. The product must be in its original packaging. 

5. The product must be unused.

6. The product must not be damaged.

These conditions are verified by inspecting all returns, and perishable goods are strictly non-returnable.

To process a refund, we require a receipt, purchase order, or any other proof of purchase. Please note that without the mentioned proof, the refund cannot be issued.

Discounted & Clearance Items, Shipped Products

Please visit any of our stores to return your purchases made through our online store. One of our staff members will process the return or exchange on your behalf. Please ensure the products are properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
If the product is found to be damaged or used beyond what is reasonably allowed for inspection, we may refuse to issue a refund.
